Privacy Policy
§1 Definitions
- Service – the website “uptimekuma.io” available at https://uptimekuma.io;
- External Service – websites of partners, providers, or clients cooperating with the Administrator;
- Service/Data Administrator – the Administrator of the Service and Data is Smartx Technologies Ltd, registered at 167-169 Great Portland Street 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF, UK, providing electronic services through the Service;
- User – a natural person using the Service who receives electronic services from the Administrator;
- Device – an electronic device through which the User accesses the Service;

- Personal Data Breach – a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or alteration of personal data;
- Pseudonymisation – processing of personal data such that it can no longer be attributed to a specific individual without additional information;
- Anonymisation – irreversible process by which data ceases to be personal data.
§2 Data Protection Officer
In accordance with Article 37 of the UK GDPR, the Administrator has not appointed a Data Protection Officer. Any queries regarding data processing should be directed to the Administrator.§3 Types of Cookies
- Internal Cookies – placed and read by the Service’s own systems;
- External Cookies – placed and read by systems of External Services integrated into the Service;
- Session Cookies – temporary files erased after the session ends;
- Persistent Cookies – remain on the Device until manually deleted or removed based on browser/device settings.

- Cookie Management – handled through the web browser’s built-in features;
- Internal Cookies – safe, do not contain malicious scripts or threats to User data;
- External Cookies – the Administrator selects reputable third parties but does not control external cookies’ content or use;
- User Controls – Users can manage cookie settings in their browsers and delete stored cookies;
- User-side Risks – The Administrator employs reasonable measures to ensure security, but Users must protect their own Devices from malware or phishing;
- Data Storage – The Administrator ensures that voluntarily provided personal data is securely stored, with access limited to appropriate personnel only.

§12 Data Retention
Personal data:- Stored during the provision of services
- Deleted or anonymised within 30 days after services end
- May be stored for up to 3 years if legally justified (e.g., breach of Terms of Use)
